Even if you get Ryzen 3 series or Ryzen 5 Series, X370 and B350 is the better choice. In future, if you decided to upgrade to 1800X/1700X processor, you don't need to upgrade MOBO and have fun OC'ing the current processor taking it to heaven. Ryzen motherboards sport new AM4 socket with native DDR4 memory support and NVMe storage. The X370 also has more PCIe for additional slots and devices, extra SATA ports for bigger RAID arrays, and more USB for extra peripherals. So, all comes handy for your next Ryzen build
*Update* : Asus B350 Prime plus supports CrossfireX - Thanks to Nerban daban

As promised it's going to disrupt the PC game market shifting tides in its favor. Better performance at half the price of the competitor Intel. Ryzen promised 40% IPC gain over predecessors and surpassed own goal reaching 52% IPC. The new Zen microarchitecture is faster, smarter and efficient. The top end processors aka the Ryzen 7 series boasts 8cores/16 threads. The difference between them is the clock speed and the price. All the Ryzen series are overclockable. But not all motherboards supports overclocking. Good motherboard and decent drivers are required for your new Ryzen 1700, 1700X or mighty 1800X to rise! That's it folks. I'll add more when new motherboards get released. Let me know if i missed anything!
